Special projects - Annabelle's Caps: A plethora of hat patterns from around the globe

This book of wonderful hat patterns is a tribute to Annabelle Dawson, a skilled teacher and intuitive designer; a past president of the Downtown Knit Collective; and a founding member of the Canadian Knitwear Designer Association. Known to many as the "Queen of Entrelac", Annabelle always gave generously of her time and knowledge. In her memory, all proceeds of this publication go to Cancer Care in Canada and the USA.

Many of her designing friends have generously offered unique hat patterns to celebrate Annabelle's inspiration and enthusiastic support of knitters around her. Contributors include such well known designers as Kirsten Cowan, Debbie New, Sally Melville, Sue Esser, Shirl the Purl, Lucy Neatby, Fiona Ellis, Maureen Mason-Jamieson, Margaret Stove, Gayle Bunn and Joan Schrouder.

This book is dedicated to our good friend and knitting buddy, Annabelle, and also to the many others living with cancer and their supporters, wherever they may be.

Copies of this book may be purchased for $30.00 CDN ($25.00 US) plus $4.00 shipping and handling. If more than one copy is ordered, add $0.50 per book for shipping.
